PAYMENT OF FEES

To be done Annually or on a Quarterly basis

Annual payment Option- Before 5^th of April.

Quarterly Payment Option:

• FIRST QUARTER— APRIL TO JULY. (PAYMENT OF FEES TO BE MADE BY 10TH APRIL).
• SECOND QUARTER—AUGUST TO NOVEMBER. (PAYMENT OF FEES TO BE MADE BY 10^TH AUGUST).
• THIRD QUARTER—DECEMBER TO MARCH (PAYMENT OF FEES TO BE MADE BY 10TH DECEMBER).

School fees for the quarter must be paid within the 10th day from the beginning of that quarter. Defaulters will be charged a penalty of Rs. 100 per week.

1. One month’s notice must be given by the parents before a child is with drawn. One quarter fees will be charged in lieu of such notice.
2. Notice for leaving cannot be given during holidays. A child who withdraws from the school in April/May, must pay the fees for the whole term.
3. A child who withdraws in the middle of a given academic year must pay the entire year’s fees.
4. Transfer Certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.

Mode of Payment

1. Payment of fees can be made online according to your convenience using credit / debit cards / net banking of various banks through student login ID using CHALO APP
2. NO RTGS/ NEFT PAYMENT ALLOWED
3. The school fees can be made by card payment (Debit Card) or by cash at the school accounts office.
4. Payment acknowledgement / Receipt can be downloaded / Printed  from the school website during the same academic year.
5. Parents have the option to deposit the fees in advance either for each quarter or for the whole year.
6. No Post-dated Cheques will be entertained.
7. The fee structure is subject to change at any time.
8. Quarterly fees must be deposited on time. Otherwise, the child’s name will be struck off from the school roll.
